Chief Operations Officer, Co-Founder
In the big-agency world of Database Marketing, Rob served as a technology leader working with some of the most recognized brands like Hertz, Hilton, Sony Electronics, Nokia, GameStop, Bridgestone and Hard Rock Hotels, focusing on Customer Loyalty Program development and ongoing operational management. Upon the arrival of Journey Marketing, Rob began to lead the design, build and deployment of secure, large-scale Customer Journey Orchestration solutions for major clients. Recognizing the need for providing hosted Customer Journey solutions to mid-market companies, Rob took a leap and created a startup firm dedicated to providing Journey-as-a-Service to Small and Medium sized businesses. It was here that Rob dove into the deep end of Hotel Development and Hospitality Management.
In his role with Spark Hospitality Management, Rob focuses on creating a frictionless and rewarding guest experience for guests of hotels under management. Working with existing platforms and innovating new and exciting solutions where appropriate, Rob is excited to help Spark Hospitality Group establish itself as an industry leader in service delivery and Guest satisfaction.
Rob holds a B.S. Finance degree from the University of New Orleans. He has two grown children and enjoys spending time on the lake with family and friends.
