    • All of our hospitality professionals are trained to meet and exceed the trusted AAA Hotel Diamond Hospitality Service Standards.

    • Our hospitality professionals are held accountable through our “Spark of Service” program (Spark exclusive Secret Shopping Service).

    • Satisfaction Survey’s are conducted regularly with team members and the on-site operations teams. With community approval, satisfactions surveys can be distributed to residents on a desired cadence.

    • Correlative analysis of Secret Shops & Satisfaction Surveys are used to establish the “Hospitality Performance Index” and identify experience enhancement opportunities.

    • Advanced hospitality skills and experience training is conducted monthly.

    • Industry specific training such as Fair Housing, Harassment Prevention and Workplace Safety are provided at the time of hire. Specialized training topics such as enhancing the leasing experience, managing the move-in experience, service recovery and many more are Spark differentiators.

    • We welcome and screen all visitors and vendors entering the community to ensure that only approved persons are granted access.

    • Inbound phone calls are managed and handled according to community and brand standards.

    • Package and personal deliveries are handled with care, documenting arrival information and notifying residents.

    • We procure tickets to an array of events including Sporting Events, Broadway shows, movies, and many more.

    • We personally arrange reservations with preferred restaurants and hotels to ensure that the residents expectations are met and exceeded.

    • Our hospitality professionals are dedicated, trained and undergo comprehensive background checks to provide you and members of your community with the highest level of experiential service.

    • Our entire W-2 workforce is completely I-9 reviewed, certified annually and covered under our worker’s compensation insurance policy, limiting the liability on the community.
